Question 1

Which Ethel M Chocolates do you sell?

Accepted Answer

We carry three 16-piece Ethel M collections, each at $49: the Taste of Las Vegas Commemorative Tin (a curated selection of signature flavors in a keepsake Las Vegas tin), the Chocolatier's Collection (silky caramels, rich truffles, and signature creations), and the Classic Collection (Ethel M's most beloved time-tested pieces). All three are handcrafted in Henderson, Nevada.

Question 2

How much do the Ethel M chocolate boxes cost?

Accepted Answer

Each 16-piece Ethel M collection is $49. There are no delivery fees — you pay only for the chocolates and Nevada sales tax (8.38%). You can add any of the three collections to a flower order or send chocolates on their own.

Question 3

Can I add Ethel M Chocolates to a flower arrangement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add any of our three Ethel M 16-piece collections as an add-on when ordering any floral arrangement through our product pages at checkout. Pairing fresh flowers with locally made chocolates is one of the most popular gift combinations we deliver across Las Vegas.

Question 4

What's the difference between the three Ethel M collections?

Accepted Answer

The Taste of Las Vegas Commemorative Tin features a curated selection of signature flavors in a collectible Las Vegas keepsake tin. The Chocolatier's Collection focuses on artisanal caramels, truffles, and chef-crafted creations. The Classic Collection showcases Ethel M's most beloved, time-tested pieces that have made them a Henderson institution for decades.

Question 5

Where are Ethel M Chocolates made?

Accepted Answer

Ethel M Chocolates are handcrafted locally in Henderson, Nevada — just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. They've been a Las Vegas Valley treasure for decades, and we're proud to deliver them fresh from the factory to your door.

Question 6

Do the chocolates come in gift packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All three Ethel M collections arrive in their signature premium gift boxes — ready to give, no wrapping needed. The Taste of Las Vegas collection also includes a commemorative keepsake tin that becomes a treasured memento long after the chocolates are enjoyed.

Question 7

Can I get Ethel M Chocolates delivered same-day in Las Vegas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer same-day delivery on all Ethel M Chocolate products across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and the entire Las Vegas Valley — 24/7 with no cutoff times and no delivery fees. Most orders are delivered within 2–4 hours.

Question 8

Are the chocolates suitable for dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Ethel M Chocolates contain milk, soy, and may contain traces of nuts and wheat. They are not vegan or gluten-free. If you have a specific allergy concern, we recommend calling us at (252) 412-7858 before ordering so we can help you choose the right option.

Question 9

How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

Accepted Answer

Ethel M Chocolates are crafted fresh and have a shelf life of several months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2–3 weeks of delivery. Las Vegas heat can soften chocolate, so we take care to protect them during delivery.

Question 10

Is there a delivery fee for chocolate delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. We never charge delivery fees — not on chocolates, not on flowers. You pay only for the product and Nevada sales tax (8.38%), whether your order is chocolates alone or chocolates paired with a fresh flower arrangement.
