Halloween Flowers Las Vegas: What to Send and Why You Should Order Early
Halloween is the busiest delivery week of our fall in Las Vegas, and the arrangements people love most sell out first. Here is what to send, who to send it to, and the exact dates to order so your flowers arrive before the party starts.

Halloween Flowers in Las Vegas: Order Early, Send Something Worth Keeping
Halloween is not just for kids anymore. In Las Vegas it is costume parties on the Strip, pumpkin-lit porches in Summerlin, office decorating contests, teacher gifts, Halloween birthdays, and a long weekend that rolls straight into Día de los Muertos. It is also the busiest delivery week of our entire fall, and the week when the arrangements people love most are the ones that disappear first.
If you are planning to send Halloween flowers in Las Vegas, here is everything you need: what to send, what it means, and the exact dates to order so your flowers arrive before the party starts, not after.
Why You Should Order Your Halloween Flowers Early
Because the good stuff goes first. This is what actually happens in our shop during the last week of October.
1. The pumpkin vessels and specialty blooms go first
Pumpkin centerpieces, jewel-tone roses, dahlias, and the deep orange and burgundy palettes that make Halloween feel like Halloween are all limited. Once the seasonal stems are gone for the week, they are gone. Our designers can only build with what is in the cooler that morning, and the most beautiful designs are always the first to sell out.
2. Halloween falls on a Saturday this year
October 31, 2026 is a Saturday. That means Friday and Saturday are both celebration days, and Sunday and Monday follow with Día de los Muertos remembrances. A long weekend spreads demand across four days instead of one, so our delivery schedule fills up earlier than it would for a midweek holiday.
3. The most requested delivery windows fill first
Morning and afternoon windows on Friday the 30th and Saturday the 31st go first, especially for offices, restaurants, salons, and party venues that need the flowers in place before guests arrive. Ordering a few days ahead keeps your first choice of timing.
4. Hotel, resort, and venue deliveries need a little lead time
Strip suites, casino restaurants, and event spaces require coordination with bell desks and concierge teams. You will find the full details in our Las Vegas Strip flower delivery guide, but the short version is this: order at least a day ahead whenever you can.
Your Halloween Order-by Dates for 2026
- Wednesday, October 28 — the widest selection. Full choice of pumpkin centerpieces, dahlias, and jewel-tone designs.
- Thursday, October 29 — the safe date for Friday deliveries to homes, offices, and hospitals.
- Friday, October 30 — ideal for Saturday the 31st delivery anywhere in the valley. This is the day most of our Halloween orders are placed.
- Saturday, October 31 — same-day delivery is still available and we accept orders 24 hours a day with no cutoff times, but selection depends on what is left in the shop, so order early in the day.
- Sunday and Monday, November 1–2 — Día de los Muertos. Marigold-toned arrangements honor loved ones, and they should be ordered by October 30.
There are no delivery fees at any point and no traditional cutoff times, so you can order online at 2 a.m. if that is when you remember. The earlier you order, the more beautiful the arrangement our designers can create for you.
The Best Halloween Flowers in Las Vegas
Halloween flowers are not about fright. They are about mood: warm, rich, and a little dramatic. These are the blooms our designers reach for in late October.
- Orange roses and Black Baccara roses. The classic Halloween pairing. Velvet-deep reds and true oranges look striking together and last 5 to 8 days with simple care.
- Chrysanthemums. The flower of October and the most traditional Halloween bloom of all. Hardy, long-lasting, and available in every autumn shade.
- Dahlias and celosia. Texture and drama, in burgundy, rust, and copper. These are the stems that make an arrangement feel designed rather than ordered.
- Sunflowers. Golden, generous, and unmistakably harvest. Ours star in our pumpkin designs.
- Marigolds. The flower of Día de los Muertos, and a meaningful choice for November 1 and 2.
- Purple calla lilies and burgundy hydrangea. For an elegant, gothic-luxe Halloween instead of a playful one.
- Pumpkins as vessels. The fastest way to make any arrangement read Halloween is to build it inside a pumpkin, whether porcelain, metallic, or classic orange.
You can see the whole seasonal selection in our Halloween flowers collection, or browse everything in the flower shop.
Halloween Color Palettes That Work
Classic Orange and Black
True orange blooms with deep burgundy roses and dark accents. Perfect for costume parties and front porches.
Elegant Burgundy and Cream
Wine red, blush, and cream. This is Halloween for people who host dinner instead of a haunted house, and it is also the palette we use most for late-October weddings.
Jewel Tone
Emerald, sapphire, and ruby mixed with purple and gold. Dramatic, luxurious, and gorgeous in a resort suite.
Golden Desert Harvest
Sunflowers, rust mums, and copper tones. Warm, Western, and perfect for a Fall porch in Henderson or Summerlin.
What to Send, by Recipient
For the Halloween party host
An autumn arrangement in a pumpkin is the ultimate hostess gift, because it is flowers and décor in one. Our Harvest Pumpkin Patch Bouquet and Porcelain Pumpkin Sunflower Centerpiece are the two most-gifted designs of the season, both from $75.
For a teacher
Something cheerful and long-lasting that can sit on a classroom desk: a Fall Harvest Gerbera Pumpkin Centerpiece or a Golden Pumpkin Sunflower Arrangement. Chrysanthemums and sunflowers hold up beautifully for a week or more.
For the office, salon, or waiting room
A larger statement piece that turns a room seasonal without Halloween kitsch. Our Autumn Harvest Symphony or Fall Sunset Celebration both start at $99 and arrive ready to display.
For a Halloween birthday
Anyone born on October 31 shares their day with the whole world, so their flowers should be unmistakably theirs. A Jewel Tone Rose Arrangement or the dramatic Burgundy and Blue Calla Lily and Hydrangea Arrangement feels like a birthday gift, not a decoration.
For someone staying in a Las Vegas hotel or party suite
Flowers waiting in the room are the detail that makes a Halloween trip feel extravagant. Our Strip hotel delivery service covers every major resort, casino, and suite tower, with flowers delivered to the bell desk, concierge, or directly to the guest when the property allows. Order a day ahead and include the reservation details.
For a Halloween wedding or event
October is peak wedding season in Las Vegas, and Halloween is one of the most requested themes of the year. From ceremony florals to full table designs, our event and wedding floral design team handles the whole setup, and you can start with an event inquiry any time.
For remembrance on Día de los Muertos
Marigolds, chrysanthemums, and warm-toned arrangements are the traditional choice for November 1 and 2, whether for a home altar or a graveside visit. We can create an altar-ready arrangement and deliver it across the valley.
Halloween Flowers and Candy: A Quick Safety Note
If you add locally made Ethel M Chocolates to a Halloween gift, remember that chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats. Mention it to the recipient, or simply let them find the box tucked behind the flowers instead of in front of them.
If a cat lives in the home, choose a design without lilies. Lilies are the most dangerous flower for cats, while roses, chrysanthemums, sunflowers, calla lilies, and hydrangea are all considered safe. Every arrangement we send includes a flower food packet and simple care instructions, and we are always happy to design without lilies when you ask.
Keeping Halloween Flowers Fresh in the Desert
Late October is one of the kindest times of year for flowers in Las Vegas. Days in the 70s and 80s, cool nights, and a pumpkin or glass vessel that holds plenty of water all work in your favor, so a Halloween centerpiece can easily last a week or more.
Change the water daily, add the flower food packet, re-trim the stems every few days, and keep the arrangement out of direct sun, away from air-conditioning vents, and away from doors that open onto hot outside air. Our full Las Vegas flower care guide covers everything else, and if you are deciding between seasonal looks, our guide to the best fall flowers in Las Vegas goes deeper on what lasts longest.
