What started as a dream (and a few too many late nights surrounded by roses, ribbon, and caffeine-free sparkling water) has blossomed into one of Las Vegas’s most joy-filled flower shops. And if you’ve been with us since day one — or even day 364 — you know this milestone means more than just another candle on the cake. It’s proof that beauty, kindness, and local love can thrive in the desert.

From “Wait, You’re Doing What?” to “Oh Wow, That’s Beautiful!”

When Bud Weismiller Flowers first opened, we weren’t sure if Las Vegas was ready for a flower shop that mixed upcycled vases and spontaneous joy deliveries. But then, something magical happened — you showed up. You ordered flowers for first dates and final goodbyes. You sent “just because” bouquets and “I’m sorry” ones, too. And through every arrangement, every card, and every midnight DoorDash run, we got to see the heart of this city in full bloom.

Sure, there were moments when we questioned our sanity — like the time a bucket of eucalyptus rolled out the delivery vehicle door at a stoplight (don’t worry, it survived). Or when we delivered a sympathy arrangement to a new birth (yeah, that happened).  But those hiccups? They taught us that growth doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from perseverance, humor, and maybe a little flower food.

What Two Years Have Taught Us

We’ve learned that flowers aren’t just decoration — they’re conversation. They speak love, forgiveness, and hope without saying a word. We’ve seen them spark tears, laughter, and sometimes both at once (looking at you, surprise proposal guy who forgot the ring but remembered the peonies).

And we’ve learned that this community — our Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin flower family — is the most generous, resilient, and delightfully unpredictable group of people we could ever hope to serve. You’ve trusted us to deliver joy 24/7, from the Strip to Summerlin to the quiet corners of Henderson. You’ve shared your stories, your milestones, and your moments of “I just need something pretty right now.”

That’s what keeps us going. That’s what makes the long days, the flower-stained hands, and the constant scent of eucalyptus in our hair absolutely worth it.

This year, we even released our very first jingle (yes, a flower shop jingle — because why not?). It’s cheerful, it’s catchy, and it might just get stuck in your head while you’re brushing your teeth. It captures everything we believe in: joy, laughter, and the magic of sending something beautiful.

We’re expanding our Bud’s Bloom Bar, adding Bud's Al Á Carte wedding menu, and adding a bunch more gifting options.  We will continue dreaming up new arrangements that celebrate every emotion — from “It’s Wednesday and I deserve flowers” to “I just landed that job and need something fabulous.”
