What flowers do you specialize in?

We specialize in bud vase arrangements (height of 6"-10") and bundles (height of 16" - 20"). We do offer bespoke services for most of life's events. Please contact us at customercare@budweismiller.com. If we can't assist you, we will point you in the direction of an alternative vendor!

What days and hours are you open?

We are open 24/7 in the true spirit of Las Vegas life. Feel free to text, call or email us with your floral needs!

Can I make a change to my order?

Most orders are processed immediately by our florist and delivery team. If the arrangement hasn't been assembled, we can make a change for a similarly priced item. If the arrangement has already been assembled, we cannot make any changes.

Do you offer substitutions?

While we do our absolutely best to provide exactly what is listed on our website, Mother Nature likes to send us for a loop sometimes. Shades, colors, and even varieties may differ. Please do your best to enjoy the arrangement you receive. And, if you can't, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right!

Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?

We don't discount our products that often. However, if we do, coupon codes are generally published in our email blasts. Sign up for our mailing list so you don't miss out!

Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

We are here to serve our community, and we will do everything within reason to get items to the funeral home when necessary. Please give us as much detail as you can when ordering. We will call you with any questions or concerns.

What areas do you deliver to?

We delivery to most areas in the Las Vegas valley including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Seven Hills, and others. If you have issues when checking out, please email us.

How are shipping and delivery charges determined?

We have flat rate shipping of $15 per delivery address.

Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?

No, we do not off in-store pickup.
